Return Policy

7 Days Easy Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. You may want to return the product if,

• You received a damaged product
• You received a defective product
• We shipped a wrong product
• You simply didn’t like the received product for any reason whatsoever (this does not include electronic products and any other product which is rendered non-saleable once the packaging is opened)

All you need to do is:

• Contact us at support@electrodeals.in or call us on +91 11 65020900   within  7 days of receiving the product
• Send us an image of the concerned product at support@electrodeals.in
• Return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice
• Once we receive the product, we will provide a replacement or refund your payment if replacement is not possible.

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products or products not returned in the same condition as you received
• Electronic products that have been assembled and/or installed.
